NOT ACCEPTABLE! no towels in the room which is fine, maybe they forgot, but we recived the towels 4 hours later after 3 calls and going down to the front desk once. Otherwise, the restaurant was great. Their breakfast and set up was the best among the other 10 hotels we stayed."
