Chouette terrasse bien ensoleillée le matin (séjour en août). Petit plus: l'ascenseur. Pas de souci pour trouver des places dans le parking (au pire c'est gratuit dans la rue et c'est tranquille).Proche de la plage. Plage de sable familiale agréable et bien étendue. De belles éclaircies qui nous ont permis de bien profiter de la plage. Christophe et Lucie se sont montrés très disponibles et ont apporté très vite les réponses à nos questions. Bel appartement très bien situé, près de la mer et de l'étang. Le parking a l'intérieur de la résidence est un plus.
