We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Villers-sur-Mer, this charming flat with swimming pool, of a surface of 48 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. Wifi we are waiting for you!  
  
The flat, which faces north-east, is composed as follows:  
\- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area for 4 guests.  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...  
\- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a TV and access to a small balcony.  
\- A bathroom with bathtub.  
\- Separate toilet.  
  
Outside :  
\- A 7 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the nice days  
  
Common area:  
\- A shared (heated) swimming pool with two pools, including one for children, enclosed by a fence and open from June 15 to September 15 (opening dates non-contractual).  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment within a secure residence with a 3.5 hectare park with a tennis court. You will be able to benefit from a 15-minute walk to the town centre with all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
