The Cocoonr / Book&Pay agency in Villers-sur-Mer offers this charming 25 m² apartment, less than 200 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty 12 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room.  
  
The apartment is composed as follows  
\- 12 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen including microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)  
\- A bathroom with shower  
  
Outside :  
\- A 4 m² balcony to enjoy fine weather  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... The city center is a 20-minute walk away.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot. Parking is also available in front of the building (for a fee in summer).  
  
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Deauville, approx. 10 km away  
\- Nearest airport: Caen, approx. 53 km
