Toutes les ressources du centre historique sont proches. La terrasse de plein pied est agréablement ensoleillée, arborée et fleurie. Les couchages sont confortables, le salon est lumineux, spacieux et agréablement décoré. La plage et sa promenade Claude Lelouch sont proches à moins de 5 minutes de marche...
