Located in a green setting between Deauville and Cabourg, on the heights of the charming seaside resort of Villers-sur-Mer, known for its "Vaches Noires" archaeological site, this beautiful and fully renovated 40 m² apartment welcomes up to 4 guests on the ground floor. Enjoy the peaceful environment, perfect for relaxing.
The apartment features a large sunny balcony with a garden table for meals and two deckchairs. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge, washing machine, traditional coffee maker, toaster, oven, and gas hob. There is also an entrance with a storage closet. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the toilet is separate.
The bright living room, thanks to two large bay windows—one with sea views and sunsets—is divided by a sliding partition. This creates an independent bedroom with a 140 cm bed and another area with a 140 cm sofa bed for two extra guests.
Towels and bed linen are included. A travel cot is available at no extra charge.
The residence is quiet and secure, offering a private outdoor parking space.
