IFNOR Real Estate Agency offers this ideally located apartment in a residence just steps from the beach and shops. This apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and provides a pleasant setting for your stay.  
  
On the ground floor, you will find:  
  
A living room with a fully equipped kitchenette: refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, and microwave.  
  
A comfortable lounge with a sofa bed and television.  
  
A bathroom and a separate toilet.  
  
Upstairs:  
A mezzanine leading to two bedrooms, each with a double bed.  
  
Outside, you will also benefit from a private parking space, convenient for parking with peace of mind.  
  
Additional information:  
Please note that linens (sheets, towels, tablecloths, and dish towels) are not provided.  
  
Cleaning is your responsibility at the end of your stay.  
An optional end-of-stay cleaning service is available for €60 (please specify at least 48 hours before arrival).
