"After a very long drive we arrived in this lovely oasis in the middle of nowhere. The owners did an amazing job at turning this 500 year old house into a warm and homely place. Hamish and Tara, the easy-going owners, made us feel welcome and were always ready with tips or advice about the local area, including a great tip on a local winery. "The property did not live up to expectations. Cleanliness was not up to standard by quite a long way. Kitchen equipment was rather poor and overall the kitchen fittings and appliances were somewhat tired. The garden felt rather neglected.
