Its location is ideal for fishing enthusiasts, those who enjoy relaxing by the river (200 meters away, unsupervised swimming area), and those who simply want to unwind on a pleasant sheltered terrace (20 m²). The cottage includes a garage and a 75 m² enclosed courtyard with a 20 m² paved terrace. Nearby: St-Ilpize, 3 km away (village, castle ruins), Vialette Beach, 3 km away, with a bar-grill, tennis courts, and a children's playground, Blassac, 5 km away (church, murals), Lavoûte-Chilhac, 7 km away (Cluniac priory, bridge over the Allier River, whitewater sports), Brioude, 15 km away (basilica, Lace Museum, historic districts, Salmon House, weekly market, all shops and services). A film retracing the history of this village was shot in 2017, "Auzat l'Auvergnat". On the ground floor, there is a large games room with a ping-pong table and children's games, a fishing room, and a laundry room with a shower. On the first floor, also accessible from the outside via a beautiful stone staircase, is a dining room with a sitting area (TV, open fireplace, firewood available at an extra cost after the first fire: €20 per wheelbarrow), leading to a covered terrace equipped with a built-in barbecue, a separate kitchen, and a separate toilet with a washbasin. Second floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (3 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 single bed), bathroom, and toilet. Oil-fired central heating is available at an extra cost based on consumption from October 15th to May 15th. Baby equipment: cot, playpen, high chair, changing mat, bottle warmer, cutlery, baby bath, indoor and outdoor toys, and potty. There is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation, but there is good 4G coverage. A cleaning deposit of €80 will be required if you have not opted for the cleaning service.
