### Charming Cottage in Tranquil Village with Private Parking and Baby Equipment

Located in the heart of the Sologne region, this village is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Walking and cycling trails start right from the village. Villemurlin boasts a communal pond where you can stroll, fish, or have a picnic.  
  
Numerous attractions are nearby: Sully-sur-Loire and its castle (10 km), Lamotte-Beuvron (25 km), Gien and its famous pottery (25 km), Briare and its canal (35 km), the Château de la Bussière (40 km), and Orléans (45 km). The Loir-et-Cher castles (Chambord, Cheverny, Blois, etc.) are just an hour's drive away. This charming cottage is situated in the heart of a small town, in a peaceful village. The accommodation comprises a kitchen, a living/dining room, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), and a shower room.  
  
The property includes a private parking space, a separate entrance, and an enclosed courtyard.  
  
Baby equipment is available: high chair and cot.  
  
Bed linen and towels are provided. Heating is included. Cleaning is not included and is a mandatory €63 fee for business rentals.  
  
Pets are welcome for an additional €3.10 per night.
