Hiking trails, bicycles, and mountain bikes start from the house. 5 minutes from climbing walls. The house has its own entrance courtyard with garden furniture. A 200m garden with a terrace, table, and garden furniture, and a BBQ. All fully fenced. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen: oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso microwave, coffee maker, food processor, 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, and washing machine. A bathroom with a separate toilet. A living room and a large television. On the first floor: 1 bedroom with a 160x200 double bed. One bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, one with an en-suite bathroom. On the 2nd floor, a large bedroom with four 90x190 single beds. On the ground floor: one very comfortable 200x200 sofa bed. Travel cot available on site. Bed linens and towels can be provided for an additional €80\. Contact me to confirm this option. The house has recently been completely renovated.
