At the gateway to Montargis, in the beautiful natural region of Gâtinais, this cottage welcomes you in a peaceful setting, ideal for recharging your batteries. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the Scandibérique, Europe's longest cycle route, perfect for an outdoor getaway.  
  
Just 2 km away, the charming town of Montargis, nicknamed the Venice of Gâtinais, boasts 131 bridges and footbridges spanning the Briare Canal, the Loing River, and the Orléans Canal. Boasting a remarkable cultural heritage, you'll discover the Girodet Museum, among other places of interest. And above all, don't leave without tasting the famous Montargis praline, a must-try local delicacy.  
  
Nearby attractions include the Bardin Mill in Amilly, the Maison de la Nature et de l'Eau, the Les Tanneries contemporary art center, and the Maison de la Suède. The single-story cottage comprises an entrance hall, a living/dining room, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a 140x190 cm double bed, the other with two 90x190 cm single beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A laundry room, a garage, and a veranda with a kitchenette opening onto the terrace complete the property.  
  
Outside, you'll enjoy a 400 m² enclosed garden, complete with garden furniture, sun loungers, and even a Finnish bowling alley, perfect for relaxing with family or friends.
