The gîte features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the loft offers two single beds suitable for older children or young adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The open-plan living and dining area provides views of the River Mare. Downstairs, there is a separate laundry room with a washer.  
  
  
  
The living area is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning to ensure comfort throughout the year. Wi-Fi is included, along with bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen linens.
