Beautiful Luberon house with swimming pool - 7/8 people

Located between the Alpes de Haute Provence and La Sainte Victoire, in the south of the Luberon, close to Pertuis where the Durance flows, come and recharge your batteries, in a quiet area, on the heights of the small village of Villelaure which offers all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist/newsagent, fruit and vegetables, butcher's shop, post office, etc.).
25 minutes from Aix en Provence, and 7 minutes from Pertuis where you will find all shops and supermarkets, you will discover the most beautiful villages in France in the Luberon (Ansouis, Cucuron, Lourmarin, etc.) located less than 15 minutes away. Further afield, you can also visit Bonnieux, Lacoste, Gordes...
We rent our recently renovated family home with a surface area of 170 m2 with terraces, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, shaded garden, swimming pool with stairs, which allows everyone to enjoy their living space. Our house is ideal for 2 families who want to share a good stay together.
It is composed as follows:
- Ground floor,
A large living room with fully equipped adjoining kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher ...)
A first bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom (shower)
A second bedroom with a 2-seater pull-out bed and an attic mezzanine with a 140 cm mattress that can accommodate one or 2 children (access by ladder), bathroom with bathtub.

A master bedroom with balcony – 160 cm bed
A large space that can accommodate an additional bed on mattresses.

- A 4th independent bedroom accessible from the garden with a view of the pool - bed 160 - with bathroom (shower) and toilet

Outside, Large car parking area with electric gate, the garden is fully enclosed and you can enjoy the swimming pool area, a petanque court (and yes we are in the South!) garden furniture sheltered by the trees, terraces (shaded or not), large electric plancha....
Activities: Walks or bike rides from the house. Many wine cellars will open their doors to you but also the blue coast and its creeks, Cassis...
A flat rate of 150 euros is required for end-of-stay cleaning and pool cleaning.
Bed linen and towels provided on request with supplement.
Privileged fortnight at 4900 euros.
