Completely redesigned, the accommodation has undergone a full renovation: paint, floors, walls, interior fittings, and a repainted staircase. Everything has been carefully considered to offer a modern, warm, and comfortable setting with brand-new amenities. Two exterior cameras are visible when not in use, one on the driveway side and the other on the terrace side, solely for the security of the property and its grounds. They do not film any interior spaces and are deactivated for the duration of guests' stay to guarantee their privacy. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, the accommodation also features a sofa bed providing 2 additional sleeping spaces. It is ideal for family holidays, getaways with friends, or business trips. You will enjoy a large, welcoming living area with a lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. The cottage has four sleeping areas upstairs with flexible bedding to accommodate the size of your group. The 3 closed bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs with streaming, while the open mezzanine includes a work area. The beds can be prepared according to your needs before your arrival: as single beds or joined with a bed bridge to form a double bed. The accommodation combines comfort, functionality, and a warm atmosphere for a pleasant stay in any season. For seasonal rentals, a rental agreement and supplementary house rules will be provided to the tenant for signature before arrival. These documents supplement the Vrbo platform's terms and conditions, without replacing or contradicting them. They specify in particular the conditions of occupancy, insurance obligations, rules of safety, area and use of equipment, the procedures for inventory of fixtures, the applicable guarantee or deposit, as well as the responsibility of the tenant and occupants in the event of damage, loss, disaster or breach observed.
