"The property is in a good position about 10 minutes walk from the beach. It has a beautifully equipped kitchen and nice outdoor sitting area. We feel the property description is misleading in some areas, and hope the following will clarify things: 1. It sleeps 8 (at a push) but only seats 4. "Le logement était très bien, et l'emplacement également, dans un quartier calme et à quelques minutes seulement de la plage.On a pu prendre nos deux chiens qui ont beaucoup apprécié la maison, équipée d'un grand patio, un petit jardin et un espace très grand à côté de la maison pour les promenades loin des voitures et en pleine nature. L'hôte est très gentille et à l'écoute. On conseille ce logement sans hésiter."

"Le gîte est superbe sauf que les matelas des petits lits sont limites (on sent les ressorts) et il pourrait y avoir un WC sani-broyeur à l'étage(c'est faisable). Pour visiter le Minervois et le massif des Corbières c'est impeccable."

L’hébergement est agréable, confortable, fonctionnel et propre. Le village de vacances était calme, mais c’était hors saison. Une politique éco-responsable appréciable. "Het huis is ruim. De bedden zijn fijn. Er zijn voldoende badkamers. Twee badkamers zijn klein, maar verder prima. De keuken is goed voorzien. De tuin is heerlijk, met genoeg mogelijkheden om te zitten en dingen te doen voor de kinderen. Het zwembad is niet groot, maar goed genoeg voor de kinderen. Enige nadeel was dat er veel muggen waren. "Très bien accueillis avec une communication facile et chaleureuse avec notre hôte. À l'arrivée la maison est impeccable, propre, très pratique, même pour les personnes âgées. The snack bar was not open (only summer ) but we had excellent recommendations for restaurants near by. I understood that it is a place for families and long stay in the summer: beautiful lake, swimming, trails …,"
