I am not related to her, and I met her here, but as a member with many years I know how I lime to be treated. "Overall nice hotel and good experience. The couch in the lobby was stained, as was the carpet in our room. And it was not just one stain, but stained all over. The AC worked well on 98 degree days. The lobby was comfortable. The lunch and breakfast were good, but both times we went to eat there was absolutely no one available to check us in. (And, no, we were not eating on an American or other schedule.) Very close to the center of town and all sights. Overall fine. Nothing special. But definitely needs a make over and some cleaner carpets and upholstery."
