Very clean and modern facility. Excellent location right in the heart of the old city. Parking is a little expensive and can be very challenging for larger cars. It’s really tight to maneuver. Breakfast was the standard hotel buffet style. It was very clean and always fully stocked.

Great hotel and great location! Just a block from the Cathedral. Rooms are spacious and confortable. Breakfast had everything you need and was fresh and delicious. Parking is at basement but entrance is very narrow specially for a large car and some spaces are small for a car. Staff were super kind and helpful.

The hotel is located in a great location. Close to attractions/sighting seeing. Staff were friendly. There is a nice laundromat about 5 minutes away on foot. We did not have breakfast due to opening late. We are walking the Camino and where on the trial by 7AM. I believe breakfast started at 8AM or 9AM. We would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed it's location. Was perfect. The parking garage is a nightmare to navigate. Biggest problem was the hotel was very cold because they don't turn the heating on until 1st November each year. Fortunately the very pleasant reception staff lent us a portable room heater, without which we would have probably left the hotel earlier than we would have wanted. We were there 17th to 20th October and the place was very cold. Given all they have to do is recognise how cold the weather and forcast weather were going to be colder than normal, they could have turned the heating on. It's the flick of a couple of breakers to do this.
