Villapajar, rural house by the river in the Sierra de la Demanda, 26km from Burgos

Villapajar is an old hayloft rehabilitated on the medieval wall of Villasur de Herreros converted into a rural house. Its thick walls provide silence and the river, with its orchards and gigantic poplars, offers beautiful sights and sounds.
In the interior it surprises the beautiful: the enameled fireplace, the drawing of the beams and walls, the skylights, the attic and everything that transports us to the past. But with comfortable beds, newly renovated bathrooms and all services.
The garden of Villapajar are the banks of the river; and the patio, the entrance square to the house. Children can play with peace of mind because there is no danger.
Pets are welcome.
The environment of the house offers a variety of activities and routes: 4 km, the Uzquiza Reservoir and the Green Route of the Sierra de la Demanda, 13 km., The Atapuerca and 26, Burgos with its cathedral, both Patrimonies of the Humanity.

Fin de semana muy divertido

Nos encantó la estancia en la casa rural, nos lo pasamos muy bien, la casa está muy bien, tiene espacio suficiente para albergar a mucha gente aunque en nuestro casa no lo necesitamos. En general la casa está muy bien, todas las habitaciones en muy buen estado, las zonas comunes muy bien preparadas. El trato con Otilia estupendo. Muy recomendable.

Maravillosa casa rural en un entorno privilegiado

La casa rural está muy cuidada, es bonita y tiene de todo, excepto lavadora. Es grande y en nuestro caso, perfecta, porque las cinco niñas durmieron todas en la habitación de arriba y los adultos teníamos todos cada uno nuestra habitación. Otilia muy amable y disponible. La sierra de la Demanda un descubrimiento. Puedes hacer muchas cosas muy variadas: Atapuerca, románico, vía verde... Nosotros seguro que repetimos.

FIN DE SEMANA ESTUPENDO

Hemos estado el fin de semana del 12 al 14 de febrero 12 personas ( 6 adultos y 6 niños) . La casa muy bonita, confortable y con todo el equipamiento necesario. Hacía mucho frío fuera pero en la casa hemos estado muy calentitos. Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo. Otilia, la dueña , muy amable y servicial. Volveremos en primavera seguro.

Hola, hemos estado diez personas entre ellos 4 niños en el puente del 5 al 8 de diciembre. la casa nos ha parecido estupenda, totalmente equipada y decorada , con todos los detalles que tienes en tu propia casa, no hemos echado en falta nada, cálida y muy confortable .volveremos
