This quaint cottage originally built in the 1950s has been fully renovated and furnished in 2024\. It expresses a casual comfort filled with design touches that are inviting, familiar and boast all amenities. We want our guests to feel special on their vacation. Living room and all bedrooms have their own Roku smart TV, plenty of cozy blankets and pillows, new mattresses and books and games for all ages. Kitchen is equipped with all basic supplies and gadgets for those who like to cook, has a stocked coffee/tea bar and a wine/cocktail unit filled with bar accessories (shaker, muddler) and plenty of drink/plasticware. Just bring your favorite cocktail. It has a fenced in yard for your well behaved and loved pets as well as inviting outdoor area for grilling, eating and games. It includes everything you need for preparing food, cleaning, doing laundry, etc. I brought a lot I thought I'd need but it was all provided. Located in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the beach. The patio and side yard are completely fenced in and truly dog friendly. Just open the back door! There was no pool as was advertised. It wasn't an important feature for us but might be for others so the listing should be changed. I highly recommend this property! ##### Maura M.
