Large 5BR for 15 Game Room Pet Friendly Stay

This spacious 4,000 sq ft. Beach Home offers 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
Allowing plenty of room for large or even multiple families. This home is less than 1/2 mile to the Delaware Bay Beaches, otherwise known as "Home of the Best Sunsets". Sea Breeze features a screened in patio, gas grill, huge walk-in closet, Spa bathroom, game room, and much more! This home is dog friendly with a fully fenced-in yard.

- Only 7 miles to the Cape May Beaches.
- Only 8 miles to the Wildwood Boardwalk.

The space
This house is just a short walk to the Delaware bay! There is a large driveway with plenty off street parking. We are pet friendly, allowing two house broken dogs. This home features 5 bedrooms and three full bathrooms. This home comfortably sleeps 15 people.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet, and 43" tv. The second bedroom features one queen bed and a closet. The third bedroom features twin bunkbeds, a full-size bed, and a closet. The fourth bedroom features a twin bed, a full bed and a closet. The Fifth room features bunkbeds, a full-size bed, and a walk-in closet. All bedrooms have a smart TV.

If you have little children A pack and play is available for your use.

There are two living rooms, The main living room features two recliner sofas with a 55 inch tv. The second living room features two couches and an additional chair, with a 55 inch tv.

The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, utensils, etc. There is also a Keurig, dishwasher, and microwave.


We have a grill outside for your use. There is a propane tank, however guests are responsible to fill the tank if it runs outs.

Nice, clean house with something for everyone and plenty of places to gather, but also enough space to enjoy some alone time. Short walk to the bay was nice for when we didn't want to drive; when we did it was easy to get to nearby beaches and entertainments. Host was responsive whenever we had questions.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was just what we needed with 13 family members staying together. The pictures don’t do the house justice, it is BIG! Our children loved the game room. And we all enjoyed sitting on both the front deck and screened in back porch. The house was clean, had everything we needed and Tara was quick to respond with any questions we had! Would love to book this house again for future visits!

We had a great time. The house suited our family well. We loved the location. The few things wevwould suggest are: bedside stands with lamps,a few more chairs tn the living room the portacrib could not be properly set up for use. All in all it was fantastic and we hope to come again. Thank you!

Great property!

When I first booked the rental in the beginning of the year, there was only the potential of 7 of us staying; it had everything I was looking for in the bedrooms, shower stall, and recliner for my 91 year old mother. Little did I know, that by the time August rolled around, there were 11 of us, and thankfully, plenty of room! The kids (11 & 7) loved the game room, and the doggos loved the yard to run around. House was clean, and had everything we needed. There were a few things outside that needed some maintenance (and most of the beach chairs that weren't broken had seen better days) but that was minor. Had a great time!

Outstanding House and Neighborhood

The property (Sea Breeze by The Bay- Pet Friendly!) was clean and decorated very nicely. Exactly as shown and described on the pictures. Very good neighborhood, about 4 blocks from the Delaware Bay beach. We viewed beautiful sunsets from the beach each evening. The house was about 15 minutes from downtown Cape May. There were many restaurants in the area. Some of the places we visited was of course, the beaches in the area, Washington Square Shopping Area, the Cape May Light House, WWII Watch Tower and the ship wreak of the USS Atlantus. Cape May is a beautiful destination for a vacation with a lot to do. A special thanks to Tara, our host, who answered all of our questions and provided a lot of guidance and assistance. We look forward to returning next year.

functional, a bit run down for the price.

Pros: Kitchen functional and well equipped. Nice play room with ping pong, fussball table and bball shooting game. Friendly neighborhood, nice front porch, half mile from bayside beach. close to cape may w/ 15 minute drive. Clean. Owners very responsive to an ant problem (within an hour). Cons: BBQ grill rusted out though with only 3 of 5 burners fully functional and grill plates falling in (not correct size). 3 separate living areas with insufficient seating in the large one for most guests, but we brought porch chairs in to give more seating. Back yard closed-in porch deck carpet was run down and door rotted. Some cracks in walls. No fussball for the fussball table. Ice maker did not work. Handrail to front side porch broken / not secured.

Let me start by saying the location of the property is exactly what we were looking for, on a quiet street but the ability to do different day trips. The house was clean and check in communication. For me there were a few things that were a negative experience, one was the outside front and back decks, the condition was a little concerning and the wood seems to be in need to be replaced. The screened in porch was nice, but the screens did have holes or torn and the door was broken with rotting wood, so the ability to keep mosquitos out and enjoy the outdoor dinners was left irrelevant. Additionally, the outside shower door needs to be replaced. The yard is not fully fenced in which we found out the first day when our puppy escaped through a gap in between the side of the house and fence, luckily the neighbors were able to grab her before she was injured, but they have said this isn't the first time dogs got out. After that we kept her on a leash whenever we went out and the more I walked around outside the more I discovered openings in the fence. The first gap is in the driveway side which is where our dog escaped. The second is on the other side where the trash is kept against the other neighbors fence another gap, smaller but big enough for a smaller pet, then behind the shed it is not fenced from what I could see. On the inside the house is large and has plenty of space, the game room was a nice addition and the kids enjoyed it. The dining room was a little tight and

Our family had a great time at Tara’s place. There was plenty of room for our entire family of 7 adults and 3 small children. It was close to the bay beaches and we enjoyed the game room, the screened porch and the fire pit. Also, the fenced back yard was great for our pet dogs. Tara was very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The house was very clean and well kept. It was very spacious for our large group. The house was very kid friendly and the game room was a blast! The location of this house was perfect for visiting our family in Cape May and Wildwood. Highly recommend staying here!

We rented this home for 7 days, but on the 5th day the governor declared a state of emergency due to a hurricane expected to impact the same area. Out of respect and caution, we brought in and secured all of the homeowner’s outdoor furniture and items to prevent damage.Unfortunately, the home itself had major HVAC issues during our stay — we had to contact the homeowner multiple times just to get heat working properly. Despite leaving the house clean and checking out a day and a half early, we were not refunded any portion of our stay.To make matters worse, after we left, the homeowner filed a claim against us for a 5 cup insert from a chair, allegedly lost by our 2-year-old. Considering the situation and the steps we took to protect their property, that claim felt extremely unfair and unnecessary.We would not recommend this rental based on our experience with the property’s condition and the homeowner’s handling of the situation.

Pictures were better than in person. Property manager and check in / out was great. House was clean but was infested with fruit flies . In all rooms . Couldn't even enjoy a cup of coffee without scooping a few out . So that lead us to not want to eat at house which made us spend more money eating out all meals . Back deck and sun room didn't feel sturdy so we didn't use it . Couches by playroom smelled like urine so just used for the dog room . Basketball game didn't work which was disappointing. Location wasn't a bad ride to wildwood or cape may it was right in middle.
