Réservation pour 6 personnes avec annonce promettant 1 lit double et 4 lits simples, mais le mobile home comporte 1 lut double, 2 simples, et le canapé de la cuisine en couchage trop juste pour nous. Du coup on a payé 100€ de plus pour nos 2 nuits pour un chalet plus grand et plus adapté. ##### MARYLINE Stayed 2 nights in Jul 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### MARION 26 Nov 2024 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Oubliez cet hébergement! C'est simple nous n'avons vu personne! Ni à l'arrivée, ni au départ. Et pourtant on nous avait précisément demandé notre heure d'arrivée! Le lieu est limite abandonné. Les chemins (et encore ce sont plutôt des sentiers) sont pleins de trous, rendant la montée au mobil home dangereuse même avec notre SUV! Une fois garés comme on peut car il y a deux places de parking pour 6 cottages, aller jusque au chalet demande à regarder ou vous allez. Nous avons deux enfants, pas du tout friendly et limite dangereux. Le mobile home soit disant prestige grinçait de partout, par entretenu. Le frigo fermait a peine, 5couverts de chaque et assiette pour 5 personnes, pas plus. Pas de torchons, une éponge déjà utilisée, pas de sac poubelle, pas de liquide vaisselle... et le pompon, un plaque vitro fissurée! En rentrant dans les chambres: celle avec 3 lits simples: il n'y avait qu'une seule couette... Le reste, au strict minimum. Evidemment le chauffage n'avait pas été allumé en amont de notre venue en novembre donc il gelait! En résumé, oubliez cet hébergement qui, bien entretenu pourrait être joli car en pleine nature mais ici est plutôt dangereux. Et nous étions en premium.. Mais tous les équipements sont vétustes. Le seul point positif de l’hébergement concerne les rangements. Le logement est suffisamment grand pour s’organiser. Le niveau de la piscine monte très rapidement et n’est pas adapté aux jeunes enfants. Je comprend pas que l on donne 3 etoiles a ce genre de chose, cela serai bien qu hotel .com me contact . Mis à part ce petit désagrément, nous avons énormément apprécié le calme de ce village vacances, la qualité des chalet, l'environnement naturel autour. Nous serions bien restés quelques jours de plus. Bémol sur le chauffage défaillant et réveil dans un frigo en cette période. Réception tv défaillante avec Forfait 50€ ! Les plus : Proche Colorado provençal et ville d’Apt. Marché d’Apt tous les samedis matins dans toutes les rues du centre ville.
