Staff were, without exception, kind, thoughtful, considerate and helpful whatever the time of day. The room -- and to an extent the whole hotel -- was design statement, and it was beautiful. However in some cases a decision was made to value design over usefulness, so our room (and presumably all the rooms) had no drawers. Not one. Underwear and socks had to go into the safe because I did not want to live out of a suitcase. Not a good move. Only one (stylish) armchair in a double room. An obsession with keeping the room at 25 degrees C., which made it too hot to sleep. All details that could have been considered before we even arrived. Staff were helpful, but it shouldn't have been necessary.

We had amazing experience there, they had everything covered the we might need. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The surrounding area was beautiful and lively.

Cleaning lady was excellent everyday room cleaned & towels changed & food was good , nice walk into the lovely Nerja can be difficult if u easy on your legs
