Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, open-plan fitted kitchen and bathroom. Bed linen included, towels extra on request. We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- A 17 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and washing machine. \- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including a microwave oven and grill, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) \- Bathroom with bath \- Separate WC Outside area : \- A 3 m² balcony with furniture and chilienne to enjoy the fine weather Communal area: \- Heated outdoor swimming pool, open from 18 December to 15 April, and from 2 July to 27 August. Outside these dates, the pool is closed. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence. \- Sauna (booking protocol to be seen on site). \- Fitness area. The residence is ideally located, 50 m from the ski lift, 300 m from the nearest shops and 350 m from the ESF kindergarten. At an altitude of 1500 m, the Corbier resort offers exceptional panoramic views of the most beautiful neighbouring peaks - everything you need for an enjoyable stay! A restaurant-bar, "L'épicurien", is open in the residence in winter and summer. It serves tartiflette, fondue, raclette and pizzas. Viennoiserie and bread to order in the morning. Activities : \- A wide range of activities are available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-sled rides, etc. \- Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO toboggan race, human curling, farm visit, torchlit descent. \- A "Family Plus" resort since 2006, with activities for all ages. \- Sports activities: bike park with sledges and scooters for 3-12 year-olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, exploring the peaks on horseback... Transport : \- Free parking close to the accommodation \- Free shuttle bus to the top of the resort, 100 m from the residence \- Saint-Jean de Maurienne SNCF train station 25 minutes away by car \- Chambéry airport 1h15 away by car (shuttle service available from the airport) Other remarks : \- Bed linen is included and towels are provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). \- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. L'Ours des Alpages (301C) "Decepción 🙂 La ubicación junto al telesilla, apartamento con renovación reciente estaba bastante nuevo, completo en cuanto a cocina y útiles para cocinar, con lavaplatos y lavadora, la piscina. 🙁 El alojamiento cuando llegamos estaba muy muy sucio, con lo que nuestra percepción ya quedó muy condicionada, tuvimos que limpiarlo nosotros, mucho polvo, pelusas , restos de cerveza o similar en el sofá cama y bajo el sofá. Las chicas de la agencia Book&pay es verdad que respondieron rápido y nos ofrecieron no pagar los 70€ la limpieza a la salida, francamente prefiero encontrarme el apartamento limpio. El sofá cómodo pero no las literas, y la ventilación del apartamento en las literas es muy ruidosa el que duerme arriba tiene un ruido muy molesto toda la noche. Otro detalle es que no había ni un solo rollo de papel en el Wc, no pido una botella de champagne a la llegada pero si un rollo de papel. Las zonas comunes dejan mucho que desear." ##### Agence C. Très fonctionnel, l'essentiel pour le quotidien était là. Comme indiqué sur l'annonce. En plus d'une vue incroyable sur les massifs, la station propose beaucoup d'activités, il y a des bars, des restaurants, une zone commerciale, tout est sur place.
