  • Lunik – 28 m² apartment to enjoy year-round at Le Corbier. Located in the Sybelles ski area, right at the foot of the slopes. Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access in winter, hiking and mountain biking in summer, or remote work in the off-season. Renovated to accommodate up to 5 guests on the 15th floor of the Lunik-Orion residence, with direct access to the Voie Lactée chairlift.



    Highlights: south-facing balcony with panoramic, unobstructed views of the slopes and alpine meadows. Plenty of storage, ideal for bulky ski gear. The resort is fully pedestrianized—perfect for families. Free parking and charging stations for electric vehicles. Quiet residence with 6 elevators.



    Sleeping arrangements: sleeping area with a double sofa bed (140×190) and mezzanine bed, living room with convertible sofa (160×190). Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue sets, barbecue. Bathroom with bathtub and towel warmer, separate toilet. Mini washing machine, hair dryer. Ski locker, baby bed, and booster seat available.



    The resort offers activities for every season: in winter, 300 km of slopes, sledding, snowshoeing, snowmobiles, dog sledding; in summer, Bike Park, mountain biking, GR5/GR55 trails, mountain lakes. Famous mountain passes (Croix de Fer, Galibier, Glandon, Mollard) 30–45 min away. On site: heated pool, jacuzzi, cinema, gym, kids’ club. Shops 2 min walk away.



    Easy access: by car (A43 exit 27, 15 km), by train (TGV station Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, 15 km), airports (Lyon, Geneva, Chambéry). Free shuttle in season.
