This gorgeous holiday villa is set in the quiet countryside south of Villanueva de la Concepción, which lets you rejoice in full privacy and tranquillity as you recharge your batteries away from the bustle of the coast. You will have all the comforts and equipment at hand that will make you feel at home far from home. The single-storey house features a splendid marble floor, which connects all the rooms of the property and creates a harmonious ambience. The dining-living room features a huge fireplace, a useful dining table and a cosy lounge area where a comfortable sofa stands out. Adjacent to the dining space, you will find the independent kitchen, which is equipped with all the kitchenware and electric appliances that are necessary to prepare tasty meals. After you have rejoiced in the comforts of the house, head to the lovely bedrooms, where you will find spectacular beds to welcome the deepest sleep you have ever had. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and it relies on an ensuite with a magnificent whirlpool bathtub, thanks to which you will have the chance of truly relaxing. The villa's second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed and an ensuite, this time with a spacious shower. The two other bedrooms are both provided with two twin beds each, and the villa's third bedroom relies on a bathtub and a shower to meet everyone's desire. Warm/cool air-con is available in the whole house, as is central heating. The outdoors are as charming and well-appointed as the inside. You will find a wide porch with an area for "al fresco" dining and chill-out: your meals will acquire a whole new flavour in this spot, mainly thanks to the breathtaking views you are provided with. Erste sehr zufriedenstellende Erfahrung mit Ruralidays, einfache Buchung und Follow-up mit dem Eigentümer. Aufenthalt vom 10\. bis 17\. September 2019\. Die Villa ist ideal gelegen, in der Nähe von Wanderwegen und hübschen Dörfern. Kurvenreiche Straße aber sicher. Die Landschaft ist grandios: Von der Villa aus haben wir einen herrlichen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Sehr komfortabler Ort, sehr sauber, viele Räume und Utensilien, sicher, ruhig mit dem angenehmen Klang der Ziegenglocken. Klimaanlage und WiFi funktionierten sehr gut und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Alles war perfekt für uns in der Hütte. Der riesige Holzkohlegrill und die überdachte Terrasse ermöglichten es uns, jeden Abend draußen zu speisen. Die Besitzerin Maria Térésa ist sehr herzlich, verfügbar und sehr nett. Der Pool ist ein großer Vorteil an heißen Tagen. Wir hatten das Vergnügen, jeden Tag frische Feigen und Mandeln auf den Bäumen des Anwesens pflücken zu können. Was für ein Glück an diesem Ort.
