House on the seafront overlooking the Gulf of LAVA .Located 30 km from Ajaccio and 4km from the charming village of Villanova, at the end of a well maintained driveway, our house will welcome you for a quiet and peaceful holiday away from the noise from the city and other inconveniences; peace of mind is the key word for the atmosphere of this beautiful place. The house consists of 2 buildings, the main with dining room, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with toilet and a secondary which is a large room with a bed 2 places and 2 beds 1 place, a bathroom with toilet. A large terrace very well shaded will allow you to take your meals in the fridge and face the sea. If you prefer, you have a dining area where you can grill the fruit of your peach. Children can play quietly because the garden is flat and fenced

Simple fantastic

If you are looking for silence, comfort, beautiful views, sun and warm sea - and you would like to meet wonderful hosts - this is the place for you. Me and my friends have spend more then dozen holidays on Corse and this home is definitely in first three. Our dogs thinks the same :) Two weeks here gave energy and power for boring autumn and winter.... Joannie and Charles - thanks a lot :))

great view in a very calm and beautiful landscape

The terrain is very big with a beautiful view over the coast and sea. The landlords are very nice and helpful. It is very quiet and good to relax. Even the road to the house is an experience ;-) We were welcomed by a donkey nearly every day on the road. Thanks a lot for all and see you soon, Fam. Bondi!

Fantastisch!

Wir kamen mit unseren Kindern in den Genuss eines wunderschön eingerichtetem Haus, mit vollständig ausgestatteter Küche, mit großem Garten und einer herrlichen Aussicht auf die Westküste Korsikas. Das Grundstück befindet sich in mitten einer malerischen Küstenlandschaftweit, weit abseits von jeglichem Rummel und Verkehr. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Emplacement magnifique, des vacances parfaites

La maison de Charles et Josianne est très agréable et très bien équipée. Les terrasses sont très bien orientées. Charles et Josianne ont été des hôtes charmants et accueillants. Quand à l’emplacement de la maison il est parfait et magique pour les personnes qui souhaitent faire une parenthèse hors du temps et se retrouver loin de la « civilisation ». Il faut le savoir la maison est isolée des commerces et des bars et restaurants, mais cela tombe bien c’est ce que nous cherchions : le calme absolu ! La vue et les couchers de soleil sont incroyables. Nous reviendrons très certainement. Merci !

Une parenthèse enchantée

Nous avons séjourné une semaine avec nos bébés et quelques amis dans la maison de Charles et avons passé une semaine fantastique. L’extérieur de la maison offre une vue magnifique sur le golf, la terrasse couverte est très agréable et la plage est accessible à pieds ce qui est appréciable avec des enfants. La maison est très bien équipée (climatisation, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, parasol…). Notre hôte a été très accueillant et toujours présent pour répondre à nos questions. L’accès peut paraître un peu difficile mais les indications sont bien détaillées et la tranquillité assurée ! Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement et espérons avoir la chance de revenir. Que de beaux souvenirs et quel accueil!!!! Cette location est un havre/paradis entre la verdure et la mer. C'est un lieu d'accueil si vous cherchez la quiétude, l'authencité, la fraternité et le plaisir de vous poser et regarder le coucher de soleil depuis la terrasse tous les soirs. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et seront là pour vous servir si besoin. De plus ils vont vous donner de très bons conseils sur les choses à voir/visiter dans les environs.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’emplacement de la maison au bout d’une piste est paradisiaque, vue exceptionnelle sur tout le golfe de Lava avec des couchers de soleil magnifiques et plage très proche. La maison présente tout le confort, très propre. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants avec qui nous avons eut de très bons contacts. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et nous y retournerons dès que possible.

Au bout du monde

La maison est charmante avec une vue eblouissante sur le golfe de Lava et la mer à 5 minutes Seul bemol, la piste pour y acceder ( 2,8 km ) nest pas facile et surement pas bien entretenue, ce qui rend tous les deplacements plus longs et compliques.

Un petit coin de Paradis !!

Quelques kilomètres de piste, quelques bosses et déjà la vue t'émerveilleras... puis la maison tu verras, un calme absolu, perdue au milieu du "maquis", une vue incroyable tu découvriras, des couchés de soleil magiques, chaque soir différent t'enchanteras ! Et si tu es matinal, le levé de soleil également tu verras - côté montagne cette fois ! Enfin Josiane et Charles tu rencontreras, des personnes authentiques, simples et bienveillantes, d'une gentillesse à toute épreuve ! Merci encore pour votre accueil, pour vos conseils et votre sens de l'hospitalité ! Tout fût parfait ! On aurait adoré partager un apéro avec vous... ça sera pour une prochaine fois !

Nous cherchions un endroit authentique loin de la foule: cette maison nous a charmée par sa localisation, le studio séparé ou nous avons mis tous les enfants, les différents coin repas , lecture, apéro de la maison. Quelques virages,un passage dans le maquis ,où on se demande bien où on va...et d un coup,l émerveillement, la maison est perdue dans la pampa avec une vue à couper le souffle, des odeurs qui nous changent de la ville...l endroit est top,la maison est top...et que dire de l hospitalité de nos hotes...à l image du lieu,bienveillance, gentillesse...en bref,tout aura été génial...

Sehr schöne Lage, direkt am Meer, sehr erholsam

Das Haus liegt wunderbar abgelegen und direkt am Meer, ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist traumhaft, man sieht über die Bucht bis Cargese und erlebt je nach Jahreszeit herrliche Sonnenuntergänge. Den zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbaren kleinen Strand hat man in der Regel für sich alleine, gute Zugänglichkeit ins Wasser. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber, es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieter, die direkt nebenan wohnen, sind sehr gastfreundlich (wir wurden zu einem Aperitiv eingeladen und bekamen frischen vom Sohn gefangenen Fisch zum Selbstzubereiten), dabei jedoch immer zurückhaltend, aber auch da, wenn man etwas braucht. Traumhafte Lage, extrem erholsam

Ein wunderbar & toll gelegenes Haus - perfekt für alle, die beeindruckende Landschaften, eine einsame Lage und dennoch relativ kurze Wege zum nächsten Starnd suchen! Die Objektbeschreibung und die Photos sind sehr treffend, sodass man sich ein gutes Bild zum Haus machen kann. Non !!! nous ne voulons pas donner d'impression sur notre séjour.... nous le gardons pour nous....trop dur de quitter ce petit coin dans la "pampa" corse . La famille Bondi....unique, de vrais personnes...à connaitre... à garder....belles rencontres avec Charles, Josiane, Alex et Sarah....je vous dis juste que notre retour a été difficile... Merci à vous
