Charming apartment with terrace in the La Cala building, Cala de Villajoyosa, Benidorm. Located on the 18th floor, it offers 57 m² and accommodates up to 4 guests. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with bathtub. American-style kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils. Also includes an iron, TV, WIFI, smoke detector and a fan. Air conditioning in the living room and heating with heat pump to enjoy at any time of the year. Private parking space in the same building included in the price. Pets up to 20 kg are welcome. The building offers a children’s area and a communal + children’s pool. Just 950 meters from Cala de Finestrat beach, 50 meters from the supermarket and right above a bus stop.
