Clean room. Easy access to get places. Great kid friendly pool and water park

Washer and dryer were broken but they replaced them the next day. It was inconvenient to change my activity schedule to accommodate this. The restroom sinks did not drain properly and it grossed me out. The pool staff, bar tender, and maintenance man were really friendly and gave excellent customer service. The front desk, not as much. My mother traveled with us and was never able to speak with a manager across all 3 days.

The room was larger than expected. The beds, bathtub, and service were AMAZING. We're going back next month.

The bed was small and the orientation (sideways, against the wall, with no headboard) made it awkward to sleep in. My room was missing its TV remote, but management brought me one. Operation of the door lock when leaving was not explained to me, and I actually ended up leaving my room unknowingly unsecured the first time I left it.

Staff was friendly, property was well maintained. I came for a spa weekend with my mother for Mother’s Day and Talking Stick didn’t disappoint
