"First off you have to pay to use the pool and hot tub as well our son lost his blanket in the elevator or hall way the staff didn't help at all there is no restaurant in the hotel no more only breakfast.. plus our room on the 3 floor was so gross the carpet was so sticky u had tp leave your shoes ..."

"Hot tub was not well maintained and the resort in general is outdated and poor craftsmanship. For instance, our dishwasher wasn’t attached to the counter so every time you opened it, the whole unit fell forward; water stains on the ceiling; holes in the walls, etc."
