We weren’t allowed to use express check-in. It told us the room wasn’t ready (at 8:30 PM) but would send an email. 45 minutes later, no email so had to wait in the front desk line (wish it would have said that first). The desk clerk never asked us if we had self-parked so we had to pay to get out the next day and then come back and exchange the key cards. We had to request fresh sheets 5x (three times in person and twice on the phone). We finally got them (around 9PM) after our 3rd trip to the desk. Hard pass on Harrah’s for a while.
The room also had a large loud humming
