"Had a great stay! Home is exactly what we expected. The shower is small but worked for what we needed. The location to the beach can't be beat!"

"We stayed at this house for a week with two families, including many little kids. We loved the location and Jane was great as a host! Wonderful communication (fast responses, helpful and flexible) and easy check in/out. We have stayed at many properties in Pentwater and this was was well equipped and clean, but also felt homey like an old beach house should. The space is much larger than the photos show! Eat in kitchen and living room open to a larger dining/Sun room area gave tons of floor space for kids to play. Bedrooms all comfortable and clean, though we all prefer firmer mattresses. Two bedrooms are connected, but also have their own entrances. The second shower is VERY small but still helpful to have. Laundry is in the basement, not an issue for us, but worth noting. Water had an unpleasant taste to us city folk, but they had a filter on the kitchen tap that helped for drinking water. We took advantage of the corn hole set and outdoor fire pit areas, both a great bonus!Overall a great experience and would rent here again!!"

"We had a great stay overall. The property was exactly as listed, very clean, and had everything we needed. The host was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with.The beach was definitely the highlight and made staying here worthwhile. It’s also a great location for visiting the sand dunes.The only drawback was that the space felt a bit tight for our family of four on a few rainy evenings when we couldn’t use the outdoor seating area for dinner.Overall, a clean, comfortable place in a great location."

"This was our fourth stay at Cozy Cove and we had another great time! We especially like the clean, well-stocked cabin and access to kayaks. It’s the hidden gem of Pentwater— close to lots of recreation, yet secluded for quiet relaxation. We look forward to returning!"
