"Location is excellent - a short bike, drive or trolley/shuttle away from everything you'd want to do, see or eat. Staff is super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about how to get around. The property is generally well maintained, though our room had a few areas that looked like they could have used a refresh/repair. Plenty of shelving and drawers. Water pressure in the shower was decent and hot water plentiful however, the showerhead was a bit low - I'm only about 5'4" and had to squat a bit so tall folks be warned. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend/stay again."

"When we checked in, the room unfortunately wasn’t fully cleaned. There were expired items in the fridge, and our dog found nuts on the floor. Since the hotel was fully booked, we couldn’t move rooms. Staff did send someone to tidy up while we were at dinner, which we appreciated, but the expired items were still there when we returned. The location was perfect, though, and the staff was responsive. The room just needed a more thorough check before our arrival."

"For my September weekend stay this condo was perfect. The location was exactly where I wanted to be. I had a gear for outdoor weekend and parking was easy and close for the two trips I had to make. The Village is so close and accessible. The condo was clean and comfortable and was a lovely weekend home away from home. Jason was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly."
