Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann vom Standort aus gut Tagesausflüge in unterschiedliche Richtungen starten und der See ist topp.
Kleine Ungenauigkeit bei der Anzeige: Es gibt kein Trampolin (mehr).
Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf alle Fälle empfehlen!

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Sehr, sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir haben bei unserer Ankunft erst mal den Kirschbaum geplündert. Hat Spaß gemacht. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung könnte etwas besser sein. Ansonsten aber sehr schöne Ferienwohnung.

Empfehlenswert für Hundehalter
Nach ein paar technischen Anfangsschwierigkeiten war alles o.k. Die Besitzer bemühten sich sofort die Probleme zu unserer Zufriedenheit zu lösen.
Einziger Nachteil Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus, sehr laut frühmorgens durch die Schulkinder.

Gute, ruhige Ausgangslage für Kärnten
Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Eines der Bäder ist sehr groß, die Betten sind bequem. Der Wellness-Bereich ist top und sehr modern (erste Nutzung kostenfrei).
Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass der Silbersee direkt um die Ecke lag - wir mochten es sehr, abends nochmal an den See zu bummeln.
Für Ausflüge am Wörthersee, zum Ossiacher und Faaker See, auf den empfehlenswerten Pyramidenkogel und die Gerlitzen Alpe ist die Lage optimal.
Abzüge würden wir dennoch machen: Das Haus macht aktuell von außen nicht unbedingt einen einladenden Eindruck (Abblätternder Putz). Auch sonst machen sich erste Abnutzungserscheinungen (vor allem in der Küche, an den Gartenstühlen, am Zaun und im kleinen Bad) bemerkbar.
Das Wohnzimmer empfanden wir nicht unbedingt als gemütlich, aber im Sommer verbringt man ohnehin die meiste Zeit draußen...

Ideale Basis mitten in Kärnten
Wir waren zu fünft mit unseren Fahrrädern angereist, 2 Erwachsene und unsere drei Teenager und hatten das Appartment A (untere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss).
Sehr freundliche, gastliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter.
Klasse Wohnung, hell, modern, geräumig und stilvoll ausgebaut. Die zwei Bäder sind bei 5 Personen sehr sinnvoll und beide voll nutzbar. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr günstig. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich vollständig, sogar das Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine und einige Grundnahrungsmittel sind da. Die große TV-Anlage fand bei unserer Jugend Anklang.
Für uns war die FW die idelae Ausgangsbasis für Fahrradausflüge in die Umgebung. Am einzigen Regentag konnten wir den Bus nutzen, der direkt vor der FW hält und einen in 15 Minuten ins Zentrum von Villach bringt. Ossiacher-, Wörther- und Faaker- See sind nicht fern und der Drau-Radweg führt direkt am Ort vorbei.
Die Nähe zum Silbersee ist klasse, selbst dort hört man von den Autobahnen gar nichts. Der See ist ein Idyll, sehr warm mit einer sehr gepflegte Anlage. Echt super.
Sehr ruhige und angenehme Wohnlage. Einzig die Versorgung mit Lebensmittel erfordert von Radlern etwas weiträumiges Denken und Handeln. Der kleine Lebensmittelmarkt im Dorf ist vom Angebot etwas eingeschränkt.

Erholung abseits vom Trubel, aber mittendrin
Pure Erholung in der wunderschönen Wohnung - auch mit 4 Erwachsenen ideal -und im riesigen Garten. Sehr Tier- und Kinderfreundlich. Allerdings angewiesen auf ein Auto, denn man ist ländlich abseits. Ist man bereit seine Ausflugsziele, die reichhaltig vorhanden sind, binnen 15-20 Minuten per Auto zu besuchen, ist man schnell mittendrin in vielerlei Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Berge, große und kleine Seen mit herrlichem Wasser, sowie viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten - auch für Kinder. Der Tierpark Rossegg ist z.B. einen Besuch wert - genauso der Wörthersee in 8km Entfernung. In der Wohnung sind eine Vielzahl aktueller Prospekte und Karten von Kärnten.
