"Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. "Very elegant and charming hotel. Tastefully decorated and the facilities are always clean and new with only 14 rooms. Extremely attentive staff. It is an excellent hotel in a privileged location."

"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

"Absolutely love this place! They have better wifi than most hotels in the area, stunning view, and jacuzzi tubs overlooking the lake. I loved it so much I had booked another place but came back here instead. I found it tranquil and peaceful and the staff went above and beyond. I’ll definitely stay again! "
