Registration took longer than expected, room was not ready so had to wait, one of the keys did not work, welcome vine had to be call in to be delivered to the room, bathroom sink drain tube leaking heavy so had to be replaced. Pool towel run out so had to use the room towel.some of the staff not knowledgeable about the restaurants.

This is a beautiful extremely well maintained a run resort...a place one can't wait to come back to. People are delighful and everyone in the staff bends over backwards to kane sure that clients are satisfied and comfortable. Everything is top notch quality and one is surrounded by beuatifully kept grounds and impeccable cleanliness.
