Obsessed with this hotel. Everything was so good! Loved the attention, the smiles from staff, the cleanliness. The only thing that shocked me a little is that our room had no windows. The room itself was so good though, just wished it had a window or that I was told if I didn’t mind that my room won’t have windows because I would have said I rather have one with a window, but other than that, a 10/10.

Food was not the greatest, paid for a dinner by the beach which I paid $180 food was terrible and service was even worse. Bedroom was outdated and bathroom was terrible.. shower wouldn't even work and had a water leak in room..most of the staff were nice but our server for our dinner at the beach was terrible. Power went out a few times.. would I stay there again or recommend it absolutely not

"I am beyond disgusted with the stay at the confresi palm. The rooms were filthy, the property was run down, the staff were not helpful in anyway. We had a room that had horrible AC, the power was consistently going out leaving us in limbo for 20+ minutes at a time. Besides that when we wanted to ..."

"The staff is great and very friendly. However, the property needs a little maintenance. Very peaceful and you can relax if that's what you want. Food is okey. People go to resort to eat and drink and spend time with my family. I ate when I was hungry wherever they had and it was delicious. In my ..."
