"The location is good to take the bus and the view was awesome. The staff were good except one old lady was not friend enough. The condition is ok but the rooms don't deserve 4.5 stars. The garage parking was so dirty. Spider nets, and smell. It is the main downside of the hotel."

"Hotel má velice krásnou polohu na kopci. Výhledů jsem se nemohla nabažit, z každé strany je k vidění něco zajímavého: rozhledny, město, letiště. Opravdu hezké místo. Pokoje čisté a pěkné, já měla balkon a ten byl také fajn. Personál jsem zažila dvě směny. Jedna byla profi fajn, ale druhá nic moc. Unylá slečna na snídani a paní recepční, co v pracovní době učí žáky cizí jazyk či co a když ho neučí, tak si povídá s unylou slečnou, že už jsem na snídaní dost dlouho a že snad už půjdu. "I had a very good surprise!! The hotel is completely refurbished, all the rooms and stairs were renovated and are very clean and comfortable!!! The decorations in the hotel also make it as very nice experience in middle of Nature. The staff is very friendly and helpful, no costs for the parking place and the breakfast is delicious!!! The only negative point is the shower, the water get hot and cold all the time, difficult to get a comfortable adjust. But I really recommend the place."
