"The reception didn’t exist and there was no staff to help us throughout the stay. There was no place to get food and not even a place to buy water or ask anyone for anything. The power kept going out and AC kept not working and we’d have to basically go out and yell until the guys doing construction would come turn it on. They need an actual front desk and staff to actually be present and help. No one spoke English either."

Our room also had a veranda with chaises that were handy on evenings when we sat out and looked at the stars while...
