"The reception didn’t exist and there was no staff to help us throughout the stay. There was no place to get food and not even a place to buy water or ask anyone for anything. The power kept going out and AC kept not working and we’d have to basically go out and yell until the guys doing construction would come turn it on. They need an actual front desk and staff to actually be present and help. No one spoke English either."

"We loved the space inside the house. We were four people in total, and it was very comfortable for our two adult children and us to hang out in the living room, breakfast bar, or outside on the patio. The pool was just a few steps from the patio, very clean and comfortable, and very welcome in the hot days in January! There are a handful of restaurants within 10 min. walk, which we took advantage of on the nights we didn’t cook inside the villa. "

10/10 Excellent
The service was flawless with staff super attentive to our needs, our questions, and our requests. The hotel only has 12 rooms so there’s a lovely sense of intimacy. The rooms are beautifully decorated with very tasteful items, they have a lot of light coming through and an feeling of openness with the stunning view of the sea and the French doors on two of the walls of the room. Our room also had a veranda with chaises that were handy on evenings when we sat out and looked at the stars while...
