Lovely hotel in great location. Very clean, staff helpful. Felt very Covid safe, breakfast was great, drinks by the pool and beach excellent. Had to pay to hire sun lounger at beach, maybe best to book in advance if you want one.

Our stay at the tivoli marina was very disappointing. On arrival there was no water in the bathrooms, the rooms was extremely dusty and to top it off the next morning there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. When speaking to the manager there was some empathy but really not much understanding I felt. Nothing really done in good gesture apart from moving rooms- to then find a cockroach. I would never return here again or recommend to anyone, there are so many better options in vilamoura. Additionally breakfast could never be right, the order would be wrong everyday and most things cold. Very awful stay. Do not waste your time!!!

Won't stay again!
Honestly for a 5 start hotel that charge a Nespresso Capsules in your room saying is part of the mini bar ?? Honestly Never saw in any decent hotel. In the breakfast I was making a plate for me and my partner to share and the guy was working in the breakfast was so rude, we cant put all the staff on the same rate but this guy honestly? Make all the others looks bad! Before our check out a staff get in your room doesn't matter if you are dressed or not she will deffo walk in pretending we are not notice her to check what you had inn the mini bar! I still cant believe that I was in my my pj's and she walked in my in room to check a mini bar!!
