The communal facilities are lovely and the pool isn’t too crowded. The apartment wasn’t as clean as we would have liked however after letting the owner know an additional clean was arranged. The condo was clean, except for the dirty floors, which we immediately noticed on our socks. There was no dish soap or brush, shower soap, paper towels, or any kitchen staples (ie: salt) provided. Not sure if this is standard in Europe. Unfortunately, the wifi was not working when we checked-in. It took 10 days to be fixed and was a huge inconvenience. We were compensated 40 Euros cash and our planned mid-stay cleaning was free. The mid-stay clean was well done. The location is excellent, a short drive to numerous golf courses and a 20-minute walk to several restaurants. The outdoor living space has two patios, providing morning and afternoon sun and an umbrella for shade. The condo came with a gas BBQ which we used often. Near the end of our stay we ran out of gas and the owner replaced it. Two other issues impacted our stay. One, the hot water was inconsistent. This created an issue washing dishes and running the dishwasher with only cold water. Thankfully the shower had lots of hot water. Secondly, there were ants in the unit that we noticed as soon as we moved in. As an example, I left a used tissue on the night stand in the middle of the night and when we woke up it was covered with ants. Overall there were positives and negatives to the unit. The location and outdoor patios were perfect, however the negative aspects impact our overall rating of this listing. ##### Sean B. The place was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit.
