"Beautiful stone home, built in 1780, lots of need for improvement. We were four adults, arrival was scheduled for 4:30 on Sunday. The host postponed our check-in until 7 pm. No rationale and no apology provided. This was problematic as we were not able to get dinner or groceries – restaurants opened in town at 7 pm. We were shocked to learn that the road to this house was a very steep, winding, unassumed - , basically dirt, grass, rocks for 10 minutes. A smaller vehicle would not be able to...

"The appartment is a part of the main building where the owners family are living. This was a surprise but the family is very friendly and helpsom, although not quite fluent in english. "The hotel spaces and especially our room were exquisitely decorated, calm and peaceful and in excellent condition. It was very hot while we were there, but the air-con worked very well. The shower was powerful and controllable. The guest pool was great (we did not use either spa, this visit) and empty at 7:30 am. Breakfast was very good and we only paid £7 each per day. Dinner seemed a little expensive for a limited buffet, but the food was well cooked and tasty. The bar was small but really comfortable, with a fair choice of wines and beers, and offered some nice looking bar food. All staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue was some irritating insects, which really required insect repellent as soon as you get out your car. Otherwise, this resort is lovely and we had a great couple of nights here. "
