The house is for a maximum of 11 people and offers five double bedrooms and one single bedroom, as well as three bathrooms, two of them en suite. The house has wifi internet connection and satellite television. The finca is accessed via a pretty driveway flanked by two large stone walls and leads to the front area of the house with the classic facade of majorcan country houses. Through the main door you enter to a large entrance hall, to the left is the living room with sofa, armchairs and TV. To the right is a large double bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom with a huge bathtub. From the hall, you access the large kitchen with pantry renovated in rustic style and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary kitchen utensils. There is also access to the dining room with a large wooden table, a bathroom with shower and a small corridor from which one can access the three double bedrooms and the single bedroom. A staircase in the entrance area leads to the upper floor, where you will find the fifth and extra large double bedroom with king-size bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub. The pool area, accessible from the dining room, is very spacious and fully equipped for a fantastic holiday. In this area, you will find the large private pool of 10m x 5m, umbrellas, sunbeds, a chill-out area with a comfortable sofa, a beautiful wooden table with benches for eating, a gas barbecue and a large lawn area. Bei Ankunft waren wir dann aber mehr als geflasht von dieser schönen Finca. Diese ist groß und man hat vom Pool aus die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge die man je gesehen hat. Die Pool- und Außenanlage war wirklich sehr schön und man konnte in der Ruhe entspannte Tage erleben. Wir würden diese Finca jederzeit wieder buchen. ##### Karina This review is from a guest who booked and stayed through a partner site and can't be verified. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Dominic 2 Sept 2022 #### Fast perfekter Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden \- wunderschöne, authentische Finca mit Wow-Effekt, die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität! - toll ausgestattete Küche, mit Gasherd/-ofen, Kaffeemaschine, Espressokocher, Spülmaschine, Mixer, zwei Kühlschränke, großes Gefrierfach, Weber-Gasgrill - riesiges Grundstück mit tollem Weitblick, bombastische Sonnenuntergänge und ein freier Blick auf die Milchstrasse - absolute Ruhe - toller Pool - gute Betten mit ausreichend Ersatzkissen - schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt zu Frau Krohn (Danke für alles!) - Klimaanlage wäre gerade für das Zimmer unter dem Dach wichtig und würde die Finca generell auf das absolute Topniveau heben - Moskitonetze über den Betten oder Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären wünschenswert, da die Stechmücken doch recht zahlreich vertreten sind. Ohne Insektenschutzspray, Citronellakerzen und Raid-Abwehrstecker wird man "gefressen" - der Duschkopf im Badzimmer im Obergeschoss sollte dringend ersetzt werden, da völlig verkalkt. - das riesige Grundstück und die abgeschiedene Lage haben natürlich auch den Nachteil, dass es zur Küste mindestens 35 min sind, Supermärkte sind innerhalb von 15-20 min erreichbar. Dies ist nicht zu ändern und kein wirklicher Kritikpunkt, es sollte einem nur bewusst sein. - Reinigungsutensilien für den Grill haben gefehlt, eine Drahtbürste würde die Lebensdauer deutlich erhöhen. Der Perfekte Familien Urlaub Anregung für die Finca Es Castellot Vell Beschreibung bei Ausfall der Warm-Wasserversorgung fehlt (Reset usw. bei wieder in Betriebsnahme) zwei Gasflaschen als Reserve, statt eine Flasche (müssen beide ausgetauscht werden) Beschreibung ist in englisch, vielleicht auch in deutscher Sprache (technisches englisch kann vermutlich nicht jeder) Sonnenschirme sind sehr problematisch, vielleicht gibt es eine andere und stabilere Lösung? Ich denke das hier viel Geld gespart werden könnte Bei dem extremen Sturm und Gewitter, ist im oberen Stock Wasser eingedrungen, sollte man vielleicht prüfen. An den Fenstern und Türen ist auch teilweise Wasser eingedrungen Wie schon gesagt, war auch extrem.
