Free WiFi Fantastic town house, modern and charming, with private pool and capacity for 8 people in Vilafranca de Bonany. The exterior area of this house has a special charm thanks to its sunny terrace with pool and a plain gardened corner. The pool, surrounded by natural stone, invites to cool down when it is hot, taking a dip or comfortably sitting in the steps with the only company of the sun beams, a book and the freshness of the water. However, you also can bask in the sun on one of the 8 sun loungers around. The chlorine pool sizes 10 x 4 metres and its depth ranges from 1.1 to 1.4 metres. The exterior shower is perfect to wash off before enjoying a delicious barbecue al fresco under the large parasol, cooked on the gas barbecue. Recently renewed with an exquisite taste and modern style, this two storey house features a spacious living room with air-conditioning and TV, which is open to the kitchen. This is equipped with an induction top and an island with stools. You find the dining area behind, offering a large table for 8 people. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms with a closet and air-conditioning each. One is on the main floor and it comes with a double bed. It also is adapted to people with reduced mobility. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a double bed, an en-suite shower bedroom and access to the terrace, while the other two have two twin beds. We can prepare a cot in any of these bedrooms and a high chair also is available in case you are travelling with your baby. There are two more bathrooms with a shower each for the rest of the house. One is downstairs, also adapted to people with reduced mobility, and the other is on the first floor. The property is located within the village of Vilafranca de Bonany, about 350 metres away from the town centre, where you will find all basic services for an independent stay. This is a good area for long walks and excursions. In fact, the surroundings are rural and based on farm activities. The MA-15 road will be your direct link to the different beaches and coves in the east, like for example Porto Cristo, about 24 km away. The car parking area was a good addition. The beds are comfortable but would have been nice to have some extra pillows. We were a family of 7 staying here and having a supermarket down the road was very helpful. It is well stocked and also has fresh bread and croissants. The patisserie was also very nice. Die Lage war für uns sehr gut, da wir in der Nähe eine Einladung hatten. Ansonsten auch alles in Kürze zu erreichen. Ein schöner Pool und auch ein Grill ist vorhanden. Schöne Bäder und saubere schöne Zimmer. Perfekt. Die Küchenausstattung war leider sehr mickrig. Nur eine Kaffeemaschine für tabs die man selber besorgen muss, (Tipp:Kaffeefilter und Kanne wären gut gewesen). Nur ein Trockentuch war vorhanden, kein Großes Messer, überhaupt wenig Geschirr und Besteck und den Müll muss man (natürlich trennen) selbst entsorgen und das ist auf Mallorca sehr schwierig. ##### Kornelia S. This house is just amazing, we spent the weekend with 6 friends and we really enjoyed, nice swimming pool and comfortable beds, also car park inside the house and a place where to make BBQ. The location is in the centre of Mallorca so make sure you get a car, 30 by car to the beach and 40 mins to palma. La casa súper nuestras expectativas, esta bastante amplia, tiene parking para un auto mediano lo cual fue excelente para nosotras. Fuimos 7 personas, había espacio suficiente para todas. Es una casa totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar un largo fin de semana. Con respecto ala ubicación, se encuentra en un pueblito a media hora del aeropuerto de Palma de Mallorca, si tienes carro es una excelente ubicación para moverte desde ahí a diferentes puntos, cómo calas, pueblos o Paloma de Mallorca, en distancias de nomas de 45 minutos.
