Beautiful hotel with friendly staff

Amazingly beautiful hotel and spa! Front desk reception were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selections were anything from cereal, yogurt to freshly made omelettes. Breakfast staff were also very friendly and accommodating. The marble throughout the building was gorgeous and opulent. We did not make use of the spa area at all, but it looked first rate. Our only complaint was the lighting in the bathroom. The magnifying mirror in our room (132) had no light and the room’s lighting not bright enough for my wife to put on makeup.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. It’s right in the heart of the wine region and we visited a vineyard before arriving for the night. Easy to park in the underground car park but there’s also plenty of parking on the street. Super easy check-in and offered drink as we arrived which was nice. The hotel has an indoor pool and some Thermo circuit spas which were great to relax in the afternoon and morning. Lovely breakfast with a good choice, including eggs Benedict. The bedroom was nicely decorated with a decent king-size bed that was very comfortable blackout blinds, large pretty windows. We didn’t have dinner in the hotel we opted to walk out to one of the local restaurants. There was plenty of choice.

Fantastic stay, it's so luxurious without being overly expensive. The breakfast is one of the best if have ever seen. I would recommend this to everyone. Very nice to combine with a visit to Joao Ramos winery

¡Un hotel de cinco estrellas verdaderamente impresionante! Mi experiencia ha superado todas mis expectativas. Desde el momento de mi llegada, me sentí cálidamente recibido y atendido. Las instalaciones son de primera calidad y el servicio, excepcional. Quisiera destacar la amabilidad de José Felizardo, quien nos brindó un servicio sobresaliente en la recepción. Su ayuda para aparcar el coche, así como la atención con la que nos mostró las instalaciones y nos explicó sobre el mármol, fueron realmente apreciables. El desayuno es simplemente magnífico, con una variedad que satisface todos los gustos. La selección de todas las frutas exóticas, variedad de pasteles y quesos es impresionante. También quiero mencionar a Mario en el restaurante, quien nos ofreció un servicio excepcional y mostró una amabilidad digna de mención. Recomiendo encarecidamente optar por la media pensión, ya que la calidad de la comida es extraordinaria. Todo en este hotel es excepcional, y la atención al detalle se hace evidente en cada rincón. Sin duda, es un lugar al que planeo regresar. ¡Recomendado al 100%! P.D. Muito agradável no geral! Pequeno almoço muito bom, atendimento no geral muito bom, massagem ótima( obrigada Filipa) só a parte do Jacuzzi as 18h é que já estava desligado e não souberam nos responder o que se tinha passado! Tudo o resto muito bom!
