It is ideal to spend a good family vacation with all the services and the beach next to the door. The apartment has a capacity of 6 people, a private garden with a swimming pool and a LARGE TERRACE to enjoy from family breakfasts to dinners with a good wine. Excellently located, it is ideal for spending unforgettable vacations. The apartment is part of the ROBLE II residential complex with a private garden, community pool, close to the beach (1 minute walk), the Aquopolis water park, Port Aventura and the bus stop (150 meters). The Apartment has 70 mt and consists of: \-1 room with double bed and built-in wardrobe (2 people) \-1 room with 1 bunk bed plus 1 trundle bed, with wardrobe (3 people) \- Living room with double sofa bed, air conditioning, table and chairs. From the living room there is access to a large terrace where you can eat and rest. \- Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, complete cutlery and crockery, etc. \- Private community garden with swimming pool and wooden benches. \- Pets are NOT accepted. \- Internet / wifi optional. La Pineda is a seaside urban center on the Costa Dorada, quiet and modern, located between the beautiful city of Tarragona and the lively city of Salou and belongs to the municipality of Vila-seca.
