The holiday home, one of a total of 10 semi-detached houses, is located on the side street of a new residential area in the Alto da Nora neighborhood. Centro Manta Rota about 400 m. Supermarket about 700 m. Long and gently sloping sandy beach, about 900 m.  
  
Approximately 300 m2 of large, gated and tiled property. In front of the terrace of the house with awning, balcony. Behind the cozy, sheltered house, about 30 m2 large patio with garden furniture, 4 sun loungers, parasol and summer kitchen with sink and brick barbecue. outdoor shower. Parking on the property and additional off street parking by the house.  
  
Nice and nice decoration in bright colors. Tiled floor, granite stairs, laminate rooms. Satellite TV (6 German channels), DVD, CD. Washing machine, iron / ironing board. Air conditioning with cooling / heating function in the rooms. electric heating.  
  
Local Service Charges City tax. Laundry available. Change of bed linen and towels 1x from 10 days stay included. Deposit € 200 (in cash). Cot / high chair at no charge (order). Pet 1 pet allowed (registration plus pets must be requested).
