Welcome to 25V3 by AlgarveManta, a perfect refuge located in Manta Rota, just a few minutes walk from the sea. This spacious, comfortable and fully equipped V3 house is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking for a relaxing stay in the Algarve.



Distributed over two floors, the property offers spacious and well-organized areas. On the ground floor, there is a main living room and a second room, ideal for social moments, as well as an independent kitchen fully equipped with a combined refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary utensils. There is also a service bathroom on this floor. The exterior features two patios: one with a parking space at the entrance and another, facing north, equipped with a table, chairs, and barbecue, perfect for outdoor family meals.



On the first floor, the dwelling has three spacious bedrooms, all with double beds, including a suite with a hydromassage shower. The remaining rooms are served by a common bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms have access to balconies, one facing south and the other facing north, providing different solar exposures throughout the day.



The accommodation also offers air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi and television with MEO service, ensuring comfort and entertainment throughout the stay. Outside, the private pool also stands out, ideal for enjoying the sunny days characteristic of the region.



Located about 450 to 550 meters from Manta Rota Beach and just 200 meters from the center, the dwelling benefits from a privileged position, with easy access to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, ATMs, and other amenities. Nearby, it is possible to explore the Ria Formosa Natural Park and several golf courses.

My parents used to own a house in Manta Rota and sadly sold it post pandemic. We were delighted to find this villa. It’s super clean. Ideal location. Lovely plunge pool. Very well equipped.
