The property comprises 2 floors:

- Ground floor: main living room, a 2nd living room, fitted kitchen and toilet. It has access to 2 patios, 1 of which has a parking space at the entrance, and the second, facing north, with a table and chairs, barbecue, and ample space to enjoy family meals outdoors.

- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, all with double beds and one en suite with a hydromassage shower. There is a shared bathroom with a bath. Both bedrooms have access to balconies, one larger facing south and the other smaller, to the north.

The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine (NESPRESSO), dishwasher and washing machine.

Equipped with air conditioning and access to WI-FI (Internet) + MEO TV.

The villa is located about 450 metres from Manta Rota beach, with various amenities within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, among others.

My parents used to own a house in Manta Rota and sadly sold it post pandemic. We were delighted to find this villa. It’s super clean. Ideal location. Lovely plunge pool. Very well equipped. Felt like a home from home. We also got engaged whilst on holiday so was extra special for us. Thank you Chris&Paul. See you next time! Nothing.

1) O serviço de limpeza de piscinas foi efectuado sem aviso prévio, considero muito pouco profissional, entraram na habitação na n/ ausência, inaceitável. 2) Para uma vivenda deste valor, não ter papel higiénico disponível no dia da chegada, para quem vem de viagem e não está preparado, é de melhorar!!
