  • A recently renovated property, Esplanada do Ilhéu is located in Vila Franca do Campo near Praia da Vinha da Areia. Strategically located in the central part of the São Miguel island, which makes it an excellent starting point for trips to every corner of the island; it is well connected by expressway with the capital of the island and with the airport (about 20 minutes by car). A lot of restaurants within a walking distance! The unique microclimate makes the town extremely sunny. The air-conditioned accommodation is 10 km from Lagoa do Congro. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Praia do Corpo Santo is 400 metres away.
    The spacious house is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two decks with ocean views. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.
